BRIEF HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL
The construction of the school owned by Alhaji Olajide Adeleke Akanmu started in 2013 with 14 classrooms. The school is located in a serene environment in Zone 8, Fakokunde Street, Iludun on the way to Gaa, Testing Ground Area, Osogbo, Osun State.
On Monday 14th September 2015 when the school commenced academic programmes, it has in addition to the 14 classrooms, School Hall, Computer Laboratory, Physics Laboratory, Chemistry Laboratory, Biology& Agricultural Science Laboratory, Introductory Technology Workshop, School Library, Staff Rooms, and more classes.
Primarily, the school was set up to contribute its quota to educational development and assist humanity in general through the employment of individual students’ approaches to solving his/her academic, vocational, social, emotional, and behavioural problems.

All staff member, in partnership with parents and families are fully committed to student’s college and career readiness by which students are empowered to meet current and future challenges to develop social awareness, civic responsibility and personal growth.
Our School Philosophy
The philosophy of LAMO Model College is to inspire learning in pupil/students through the following teaching strategies and plans;

Students want and need to learn as much as they need food, clothing, and shelter. Our primary job at LAMO Model College is to fill that primary need for learning by creating and engaging all relevant learning experiences every day.
